Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with packaging intact. Branvue reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bundled products

  • Travel-size items

  • Digital gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email contact@branvue.com with your order number and item details. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. A $6.50 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Branvue error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the item. Branvue is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as missed trips, delays, or personal inconvenience.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items. Branvue is not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping. Risk of loss transfers to Branvue only once the item is received and inspected at our facility.

Important: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping partner), Branvue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Carrier tracking serves as proof of delivery. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email contact@branvue.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Policy Updates

Branvue reserves the right to update, change, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on branvue.com at the time of purchase will apply.
